ADMINISTRATION WHIZ

We currently have an exciting opportunity to join our team. This is initially a position working 10 hours per week with a view to increasing for the right person.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering accurate, efficient, and supportive administration services with due care and consideration and with exceptional attention to detail. Working as part of a close-knit team you will be required to deliver successful operational outcomes in line with the organisation’s values and ensure a high level of customer service.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Details about the role:

  • You will be responsible for the efficient, consistent and accurate maintenance of the back end processes whilst working within our close knit team to ensure the students receive the highest standard of support and course information and education possible
  • You will be required to complete (if not already attained) the Canine Health & Wellbeing Certificate in either Canine Hydrotherapy or Canine Remedial Massage or both (preferable) and be eligible for ACRA Practitioner status
  • You’ll be responsible for ensuring the students as well as the other team members are well looked after, with exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • You will be comfortable following instructions, maintaining standards, and being part of an ever changing environment as the course progresses and changes
  • You will be flexible and willing to adapt to different situations, working hours (which will fluctuate depending on the time of year), and tasks required
  • You will have self discipline to work independently from home most of the time and equally as part of an in person team at different events throughout the year (in Melbourne Australia and globally)
  • You will feel comfortable enough and confident enough with your canine anatomy, canine pathologies and canine massage and hydro treatment methods to provide answers to students questions
  • You will have access to outstanding training and development including weekly team meetings, and be part of a team that makes a difference in both students lives and the lives of canines globally.

We’ll train you in the Canine Health & Wellbeing methods, and our approach to helping our students and canines globally. You’ll be expected to contribute to your own learning and learn quickly. We have an extremely busy organisation and a commitment to accuracy and efficiency to deliver the highest standards possible, so be sure you’re ready to commit to this kind of working environment.

This role is primarily virtual and therefore you can be from any of the 14 countries we currently have students/graduates. As the role expands you may be required to travel but not necessarily.
