The best way to get support is by submitting a support ticket using the form below. Student Support requests submitted this way are given priority over all other forms of communication.

  • Please put one question/topic per ticket so that we can answer more efficiently. Depending on the topic/question it will be sent to the relevant student support team member to answer for you.
  • We now provide GLOBAL SUPPORT which means between the different Student Support Team members you will have your questions answered more efficiently as we have different team members available in different timezones.
  • Please do not contact Student Support via our Facebook Page or our website chat for student support questions as these are handled by a different team member.
  • Also please do not ask a question by replying to an unrelated email from long ago, it's confusing for our team and support systems and will potentially delay our response.
