Career Opportunities working as a Canine Remedial Massage Therapist
The Pet industry was already a massive and rapidly growing industry, with people spending more of their disposable income on their pets health and care than ever before. Now with the influx of pet owners due to Covid the medical and surgical treatments pet owners are investing in for their pets has increased substantially. Consequently, so too has the need for therapy treatments that can accelerate the dogs recovery and maximise their quality and length of life.
Becoming a Certified Canine Remedial Massage Therapist with our certificate courses provides you with the knowledge, training, and experience to do the following:
Work in a clinic: More vet clinics are adding rehabilitation and body therapies to their services and are looking for qualified Canine Remedial Massage Therapists to join their teams. Existing Canine Rehabilitation and Physiotherapy Centres, and even dog groomers, dog kennels, pet resorts, and rescue organisations are also looking for qualified Canine Remedial Massage Therapists to help treat their canine clients as an additional and complimentary service. So, there are plenty of job opportunities on the rise once you are certified you just need to research what's available in your local area.
Start your own business: As the need for rehabilitation services increases, so too does the opportunity to open your own Canine Massage Centre or mobile business. We recommend doing thorough preliminary research and included in the course is a module on starting your own Remedial Massage business and how to work with your local veterinarian(s) to generate referrals for your new business.

CANINE MASSAGE COURSE GRADUATE SAYS:
"The way Michelle has put this course together shows the care and passion she has for animals. Any help and support you need is there. During the workshop she was questioned by students and kept answering until students were satisfied. Also the amount of content we are given, I think I could keep studying and learning for another couple of years or more. It was very professional but also down to earth, low stress, interesting and well spaced out course."
